Helpdesk Technician
My client is seeking a Helpdesk Technician for Tier I Support of all IT related requests. The incumbent will diagnose, isolate and escalate hardware and software issues in a professional manner. She/He will also be tasked with resolving some Network related problems. This will be a great opportunity for someone who wants to excel in their career in a dynamic work environment.
Required Skills:
- Technical support and troubleshooting of computers, printers, networks etc
- Management of helpdesk tickets
- Installation of new hardware and software
- MS Office
- Active Directory
- Excel
