Helpdesk Technician

My client is seeking a Helpdesk Technician for Tier I Support of all IT related requests.  The incumbent will diagnose, isolate and escalate hardware and software issues in a professional manner.  She/He will also be tasked with resolving some Network related problems. This will be a great opportunity for someone who wants to excel in their career in a dynamic work environment.

Required Skills:

  • Technical support and troubleshooting of computers, printers, networks etc
  • Management of helpdesk tickets
  • Installation of new hardware and software
  • MS Office
  • Active Directory
  • Excel
