- Proven leadership experience directing team members and subcontractors.
- Competence in reading and interpreting Mechanical and Automatic Temperature Control Drawings.
- Successfully lead the execution of projects from start to finish.
- Capable of identifying and escalating any customer concerns for prompt resolution.
- Skilled in coordinating work seamlessly with other trades.
- Proficient in running control wires and installing conduits per industry standards.
- Experience in mounting and terminating controllers, sensors, and end devices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with test instruments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, adapting to project schedule demands.
- Ability to work in various environments, including open deck construction sites.
- Minimum of 3 years in building controls and automation installations.
- Commitment to mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
