**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED required, technical degree in relevant fields preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in industrial electrical and controls; candidates with less experience may be considered for advancement post-training.
- Proficiency with Siemens PLCs and AC Vector Drives, and familiarity with Wonderware and SAP/CMMS is advantageous.
- Certified or capable of certification for operating powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts.
- Ability to handle physical demands: lifting up to 50 pounds, working in various environmental conditions, and using PPE as required.
