Commercial Refrigeration Technician

**Key Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma and technical/trade school certification in refrigeration
- Advanced training in OEM equipment start-up and service is preferred
- Experience with CO2 refrigeration systems is desired
- EPA and OSHA 10-hour certifications required
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 90% locally
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to advance in the refrigeration service field
- Willingness to operate equipment like scissor lifts and forklifts
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with service supervisors and managers
