INTERMEDIATE PROJECT MANAGER (COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION)
My client, a national commercial construction general contractor, is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager for their Philadelphia, PA location.
Position Summary:
Five (5) to seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in managing project teams successfully through pre-construction and construction process.
Creates and manages the project budget and schedule and has comprehensive knowledge in the day to day execution for assigned projects including managing, coordinating, controlling, supervising all personnel including subcontractors to ensure the highest standards of ethical conduct.
This position has a pay range of $75,000-95,000 ( based off experience ), reports directly to the Project Executive and will have a close relationship with the Project Superintendent.
