**Key Qualifications:**
- Proficient in Inventor and AutoCAD for drafting tasks
- Experience creating shop fabrication drawings
- Expertise in working with sheet metal
- Strong 3D visualization and sketching skills
- Ability to produce accurate drawings under pressure
- Quick learner of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Capacity to assist with quoting and ordering parts
- Open to taking on additional responsibilities and duties
- Willing to work overtime on short notice
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to accept constructive feedback
- Problem-solving skills and managing various projects simultaneously
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
