About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney with 1 - 3 years of relevant legal experience to manage a diverse caseload. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including developers, investors, lenders, and individuals, in one of Pennsylvania’s most dynamic real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related real estate documents

Advise clients on zoning, land use, title, and property development matters

Coordinate closings and conduct due diligence for property transactions

Represent clients in real estate disputes, litigation, or alternative dispute resolution when necessary

Collaborate with title companies, surveyors, and municipal offices to ensure smooth transactions

Maintain current knowledge of Pennsylvania real estate law and local regulations
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate law, preferably in Bucks County or the surrounding region

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and deadlines

Experience with title insurance, zoning matters, or real estate litigation is a plus
