Job Details:
Senior Civil Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Florida team. This role will manage a range of civil infrastructure projects, including stormwater management systems, roadways, and site improvement projects, across our Tampa, Jacksonville, or Maitland, FL offices.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical and design aspects of projects, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing site plans and construction documents
- Manage stormwater systems, hydraulic designs, and pump station projects
- Ensure project quality and adhere to design standards for a variety of civil infrastructure projects
- Lead business development efforts and foster relationships with new and existing clients
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across disciplines
- Assist with permitting, proposals, and presentations
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience required
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE) License required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and hydraulic modeling software (ICPR, HEC-RAS, HydroCad) preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Bluebeam preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and business development skills
