SENIOR ARCHITECT/PROJECT MANAGER (RETAIL)
Our client, a Westchester County NY architecture & design studio with over 50 years of successful history, has an immediate opening for a Senior Architect/Project Manager. The successful candidate has 10 years of experience with highly developed skills in project management, architectural design and technical expertise handling retail design projects.
Duties:
Lead the design and technical process for multiple, complex projects
Collaborate with Client Leader, Client Relationship Manager and staff to assemble a successful project team, develop project budget and schedule, and execute vision
Manage the development plan of direct reports
Demonstrate expert knowledge in advanced technology (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, Rhino)
Facilitate project meetings, pin-ups and brainstorming sessions. Be proactive in managing existing client development
Coordinate all aspects of the project work with the client’s representative
Requirements:
Bachelor of Architecture Degree
Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in retail design
Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino
AIA Licensure or tracking toward licensure
Excellent communication skills
