- Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and customer specifications.
- Exceptional leadership and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, field teams, electricians and internal stakeholders.
- Experience ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
