Audit Senior Manager
Role:
As an Audit Senior Manager, you be working for this national CPA firm and utilizing your technical skill as well as leadership skills to plan, lead, and execute the completion of financial statement audits. You'll act as a business advisor, a problem solver, and project manager! You'll foster these relationships with your clients, your team members, and your technology partners!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support multiple engagement teams concurrently to complete financial statement audits
- Communicate with clients about engagement and service expectations
- Resolve technical and service issues quickly and thoroughly; be a proactive problem solver
- Act as a business adviser to your clients on a variety of business improvement areas
- Train and supervise less experienced colleagues and providing consistent, regular feedback
- Team up with the firm's colleagues to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Recruit and network at professional networking events
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of progression within a public accounting firm
- An active CPA license (required)
- Prior networking and business development experience is key
- Travel is required from time to time
- Working Conditions:
- This will be a hybrid or remote working situation
