Job Overview:
The Senior Attorney will manage and litigate complex class action wage & hour cases, leading legal strategy and overseeing the litigation process. This role requires expertise in employment law, mentoring junior attorneys, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead class action wage & hour litigation from case initiation to resolution.
- Manage discovery, motions, trials, and settlements.
- Provide mentorship to junior attorneys and legal staff.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws.
- Engage in client communications, providing case updates and strategic advice.
- Contribute to business development and firm growth.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.
- 10-12 years of experience in class action and wage & hour litigation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with both plaintiff and defense-side cases is preferred.
