Wage & Hour Litigation Attorney
140,000 - 175,000
We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Associate with 3-6 years of experience in class action wage & hour litigation. This role involves managing complex cases, including wage and hour class actions, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and advising clients on compliance with federal and state wage laws.
Responsibilities:
- Handle class action wage & hour litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on wage & hour issues.
- Manage client communications and case strategy.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Stay current on wage & hour law and related developments.
Qualifications:
- J.D. with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Experience in wage & hour law and class actions preferred.
- Admission to CA bar.
