Role:
The Senior Paralegal will provide support to attorneys in the litigation process. This position will assist with the preparation and organization of legal documents, maintain case files, and conduct legal research.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the drafting, editing, and formatting of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence to clients, opposing parties, and the court.
- Summarize and organize findings for use by attorneys.
- Assist with the preparation of legal arguments and case strategies.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Paralegal experience.
- 6+ years Litigation experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate required.
