**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, overseeing projects valued over $5 million.
- Extensive experience in managing commercial solar projects.
- Proven expertise in Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) project management is essential.
- Current knowledge of solar, energy storage, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), and energy efficiency best practices.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or Business.
- Demonstrated experience in MEP project management and/or performance contracting.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with local vendors and subcontractors.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Journeyman electrician or electrical contractor’s license.
- NABCEP certification.
