**Role Responsibilities:**
- Oversee structural projects using Revit and AutoCAD, from design to construction administration.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare reports, perform calculations, and estimate construction costs, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering their development and contributing to a supportive team culture.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license.
- Minimum of 2 years in a structural engineering role.
- At least 4 years of experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and permitting requirements.
- Excellent communication abilities for effective client and team interaction.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in consulting engineering.
- Proficient in structural analysis software like RISA or Tekla Tedds.
- Competency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Active involvement in engineering associations such as SEAoT or ACI.
