**Qualifications:**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- 2-3 years of practical experience in civil project design, spanning commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors.
- An Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
