- Professional Engineer (PE) certification.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office; familiarity with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, or Bluebeam is a plus.
- Experience with designs or calculations in any civil projects including land development, water resources, or utilities.
