What We’re Looking For 👀
🔹 Associate degree, technical college certification, or 1+ years of hands-on HVAC experience.
🔹 EPA Universal Technician Certification (a must!).
🔹 Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally more).
🔹 Skilled with hand tools and blueprints.
🔹 Valid driver’s license and a clean background.
🔹 Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed – because our customers count on us!
