Commercial Refrigeration Technician

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (preferred: technical/trade school certificate in refrigeration)
- Advanced education within IR 1-19/CR 1-20 modules
- Commercial refrigeration experience, preferably in supermarkets
- EPA certification and OSHA 10 hour certification required
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong drive to learn and grow
- Ability to travel up to 90% locally with a company vehicle
- Valid driver's license required
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, scheduled and contract work, and emergency services independently or with apprentice assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve commercial/industrial refrigeration system and equipment issues
- Utilize tablet-based service ticket software system to complete assigned tasks
- Prepare and submit all time/Work Order reports daily
- Communicate with supervisors and managers to resolve open issues in a timely manner
- Maintain current licenses and complete required safety and equipment training
