Asset Manager

As an Asset Manager, you'll be pivotal in maximizing the performance of our diverse and rapidly expanding portfolio. We offer a competitive salary, bonus potential, excellent benefits, and a 401k with an employer match.
*** Candidate Responsibilities:
- Oversight of a portfolio of commercial and residential assets
- Engage in daily communication with vendors and tenants across the portfolio to ensure efficient property operations
- Perform discussions and presentations on investment strategies
- Utilize and analyze data to help with decision support
- Help prepare annual budgets as well as key performance indicators, and detailed financial reports for investors and senior management
- Analyze property financial statements, performance against budgets, underwriting, and market trends
- Assist with expansion projects
- Conduct market and competitor studies on an as-needed basis
- Evaluate potential target acquisitions
- Perform site visits for local and out-of-state properties as necessary
**Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 5+ years of real estate industry and asset management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience with Yardi is advantageous
