Multi-Disciplined Attorney Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled multi-disciplined attorney to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on Real Estate, Land Use, and Litigation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
Position Overview:
This position focuses on Real Estate, Land Use, and Litigation.
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Representing clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Providing legal counsel on land use and zoning matters.
- Handling litigation matters related to real estate and land use.
- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Negotiating contracts and settlements.
- Appearing in court and administrative hearings.
- Managing client files and communications.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Delaware State Bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience practicing real estate law, with a focus on residential and commercial transactions.
- Strong knowledge of Delaware real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
