Job Details:
Growing law firm in South Jersey is seeking an experienced public finance attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will analyze, draft and negotiate a variety of disclosure documents, agreements, resolutions, closing documents, and review tax certifications for a variety of clients.
Must have experience in municipal law and public finance transactions.
Admissions to the NJ Bar preferred.
Must have familiarity with state and federal laws governing public finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, iManage platform, LexisNexis, and computer skills needed.
Should have Law degree from an accredited school.
