A distinguished law firm with a strong presence in Southeastern Pennsylvania seeks a driven and dedicated Associate Attorney to join its prestigious legal team. Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents
- Court experience
- Zoning Ordinances
- Conducting legal and non-legal research
- Managing legal matters
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients
- Contributing to the firm's success
Requirements:
- Active license in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania (admission to other State Bars is a plus)
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Strong writing skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to handle in-depth research assignments, both legal and non-legal
- Ability to manage multiple assignments
- Ability to effectively communicate and work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania Rules of Procedure
- Familiarity with Litigation, including Discovery
- Judicial Clerkship experience a plus
