Director Data Engineering
I'm seeking a Director Data Engineering for a full-time, remote position with a stable and growing company in the local area. This is a great opportunity for an energetic Data leader who is enthusiastic about technology and wants to make an impact. Interested candidates should have the following skill set to be considered.
- 8+ years of Hands -on Data engineering experience
- 4+ years of Data leadership experience in a management role, hiring, mentoring, providing guidance on best practices.
- Develop strategies for scalability. Experience moving data from On-Prem to Azure Cloud.
- Experience designing large scale data architectures, data lakes, pipelines and data warehousing solutions
- Experience with Data Bricks
- Experience with data integration tools, data transformation frameworks
- Data Modeling, ETL
- Docker, Kubernetes, IAC, Terraform
