MEP Engineering Manager
One of the top MEP Consulting Firms in NJ has an immediate need for an Engineering Manager with 15-25 years’ experience. Position is full time permanent is the need is immediate.
Job Description and Duties:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- PE in NJ.
- 15+ years’ experience working as an MEP Consulting Firm.
- Experience running multiple projects within an MEP environment.
- Outstanding leadership and managerial skills.
- Ability to run a department of 15 Engineers/Designers.
- Business Development experience a plus but not a requirement.
- Good technical background with MEP design.

This position would be perfect for someone who has reached their ceiling at their present company and could step into being a Department Manager day 1. All submittals will be held in 100% confidence. We would also consider a candidate out of a Mechanical Design/Build Firm.
