Senior Civil Engineer

**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in site development; PE license required
- Proficiency in construction-level site, drainage, and utility design
- Familiarity with technical specification development and SWPPP requirements
- Strong construction administration skills, including RFI management and shop drawing reviews
- Proven ability to conduct and lead project meetings effectively
- Experience in all facets of project management, including proposal development and budget tracking
- Experience in mentoring junior team members
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
