Senior Financial Analyst

Role:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting a Finance Manager with budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis. This is a highly interactive position that will work cross functionally with several departments including accounting, supply chain, operations, marketing, supply chain, etc. This also includes analysis on where the organization is spending money, why they are spending money, what are they spending money on, and present cost efficiency analysis to help improve the spending. This position is a stepping stone for future leadership positions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager with financial and operational analysis for the region
- Assist the controller and business leaders to develop detailed balance sheet and cash forecasts as well as budgets
- Perform profitability analysis
- Work with different business unit leaders in order to design and maintain the allocation of costs
- Ad hoc analysis to support the executives
- Provide backup analytical support for future investments, acquisitions, capital, equipment, leases, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline is required
- 6+ years of prior financial analysis experience within a large organization
- Additional Certifications are a plus
