**Key Qualifications:**
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in technical writing and documentation, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
- Experience conducting training sessions in both computer lab and virtual settings.
- Strong knowledge of computing technologies, including Microsoft Windows 10 or higher, Microsoft Office, and modern web browsers.
- Six years of experience working in IS/IT environments, focusing on end-user support/help desk roles.
- Competence in managing and configuring Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and Teams.
- Education background preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or relevant Professional Trade School diploma. Substantial related job experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and sitting for at least two hours for computer-related tasks.
