Heavy Highway Construction – Bridge Construction
A premier heavy civil construction company located in Eastern Pennsylvania is actively seeking to add a Project Manager to the team for a full-time permanent staff role, competitive compensation package, PTO, 401k match and more.
Qualifications
- ~ Five (5) or more years of heavy civil construction experience utilizing technical skills to see a project through
- Understands means and methods for heavy civil construction projects: (i.e., highways, roads, bridges, sitework, industrial facilities, foundation construction)
- B.S. degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- Understanding and agreement of the importance and necessity for safety on the work site
- Understands the sequencing of work and the strategy of creating effective project schedules
- Understands project cost controls, change order management, cost reporting, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, etc.
- HCSS Heavy Construction Software experience
- Bluebeam software experience
- Computer proficient
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Must possess effective communication skills written, electronic and verbal
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and related programs
