LEAD CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, organize, and inspire a team focused on specific disciplines (e.g., civil, traffic, or structural engineering).
- Oversee project quality, accuracy, and compliance with client goals.
- Manage project planning, execution, contract negotiation, and client relations.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to ensure resource alignment, staffing, and financial performance.
- Drive team development through mentorship and talent management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering; 8+ years of experience.
- Licensed Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
