My client is a mid-sized MEP Consulting engineering firm who is seeking a Business Development Manager to help grow the consultancy. The person taking this role will have a track record of successfully developing and implementing growth strategies, having spent time in management and business development roles. This person will have interacted with client businesses in a fashion that has achieved trusted advisor status. Additionally, this person will have the natural ability to deal with ambiguity with the proven skill set of being able to instantly shift gears when necessary to offer creative approaches to emerging opportunities.
If you have 2+ years of experience doing Business Development, sales and client management with an A & E firm or an MEP firm, we should talk! Sometimes the grass really is greener on the other side!
