Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Oversee professional development of team members
- Perform tax compliance and planning activities for a varied client portfolio
- Perform tax returns for individuals, partnerships, etc.
- Conduct tax planning and research
- Participate in business development activities and achieve revenue targets
Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of recent public accounting experience focused on tax
- CPA or Enrolled Agent is a plus
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn
- Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in tax preparation, research, and planning software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
