**Key Qualifications:**
- Proven experience managing complex engineering projects, from planning to completion.
- Proficient in defining project requirements based on air emission permits and regulatory standards.
- Skilled in procuring and programming necessary materials, including computer hardware and PLC/HMI systems.
- Ability to configure application software and adhere to internal procedures and policies.
- Competent in testing configurations and coordinating material shipments to clients.
- Strong customer support skills for software and hardware issues, including installation assistance.
- Experience collaborating with software development teams for product improvement.
- Knowledgeable in Allen Bradley PLC Programming, MS Office, VMware, and basic networking.
- Strong organizational, communication, and independent work skills.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field with 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Willingness to travel for 1-5 business days, 2-3 times a year.
