Job Details:
My client seeks an HVAC Mechanical Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager who can work in HVAC Commercial Projects. Additional skills include:
Mechanical Engineering ME, BS, BE or equivalent desired
Five Years + HVAC industry experience
Mechanical system knowledge- Provide design, problem solving and cost effective solutions for clients and potential clients. Understanding and utilization of ASHRAE standards.
Engineering- Provide recommendations to modify, repair or replace and to document those recommendations.
Estimating/ Pricing- Estimate cost of proposals and apply company pricing standards to estimate.
Project Management- Manages people, materials and budget and documents job progress until closing.
Account Expansion- Understand the customer and their facilities. Able to translate that understanding into proposals and sales that enhance the customer s requirement.
