- Understanding of agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira for managing tasks and sprints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Background in test-driven development and agile testing practices.
- Ability to estimate requirements with story points within a sprint framework.
- Working knowledge of Git and Jenkins for CI/CD processes.
- Proficiency with Java, Selenium Web Driver, and TestNg.
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology-related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, focusing on both front-end (UI) and back-end (API) testing.
- Familiarity with Jira and TestRail.
