My client is a top notch Construction Management firm who is actively seeking a Marketing Director who is actively involved with General Construction Market. Knowledge of commercial , healthcare and hospitality construction market a plus!

Major Duties & Responsibilities • Accountable for market intelligence and development of overall business development strategy • Identifies new clients and maintains relationships with both new and established clients
• Leads entire pursuit process, from initial identification of opportunity through debrief • Responsible for organizing and producing project proposals, and establishing and leading presentation teams • Participates in and supports budgeting process • Position requires attendance at industry events and other networking opportunities during evening and weekend hours Job Skills & Abilities • Ability to form key partnerships • Proven observable client facing skills • Strong organizational skills • Independent, self-starter • Excellent communication skills • Effective public speaking skills • Working knowledge of industry contracts
