Highway Drainage Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Drainage Engineer to join a dynamic and fast-growing team in Florida. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and produce drainage designs, including storm sewer layouts and stormwater management.
- Prepare engineering documents such as permit packages and design documentation reports.
- Perform advanced Microstation/GEOPAK/ASAD processes.
- Coordinate plans, calculations, and specifications with multi-discipline engineering teams.
- Conduct quality control to ensure designs, plans, and calculations meet high standards.
- Support Project Managers with administrative duties and business development activities.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Florida Professional Engineering (PE) Registration is a plus.
- Proficiency in advanced Microstation/GEOPAK processes.
- Experience with ICPR, SWMM, ASAD, and HEC-RAS (3D modeling a plus).
- Strong knowledge of FDOT plans preparation criteria and design standards.
- Ability to lead and organize small to medium-sized engineering design teams.
- Excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to train and mentor junior staff.
