Senior Marketing Manager – Footwear Category
We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for the footwear category, driving seasonal campaigns and year-round engagement across digital and in-store channels. This role is perfect for a retail-savvy marketer who thrives on turning insights into action and leading high-impact campaigns that move product.
What You’ll Do:

Own and execute marketing strategies that grow the footwear category

Lead cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, creative, e-commerce, and media teams

Create compelling campaign briefs and oversee execution from concept to launch

Mentor a team of marketing specialists and manage workflow across key seasonal milestones

Leverage customer insights and market trends to shape messaging and optimize results
What You Bring:

7+ years in retail, CPG, or agency marketing, with experience in footwear or apparel strongly preferred

2+ years of leadership experience guiding teams and delivering results

Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills

A customer-first mindset and a passion for brand storytelling in the retail space
