Civil Engineer

My client is a well-respected engineering firm, serving municipalities in the DFW area, currently seeking a talented individual to lead their design team and help continue their growth and success!!
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (Civil) license in the State of Texas or ability to obtain within one year
- 10+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer, with at least 4 years in a Project Manager role
- Strong commitment to professional development
- Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor a team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of municipal public works infrastructure projects, including streets, drainage, water, and wastewater improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Lead technical analysis and design from conceptual to final stages
- Direct and coordinate project team efforts
- Prepare proposals, reports, and construction documents
- Ensure strong financial performance for projects
