Qualifications needed: at least 2 years of benchmarking KPI measuring equipment performance and reliability in high-speed, automated production, packaging and palletizing lines in GMP manufacturing environments like consumer-packaged goods, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, etc. Background developing and implementing methods to assess production machinery capabilities and the procedures that will ensure their operation and functioning at the highest levels. Previous experience using CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) to schedule and track reliability centered maintenance activities and programs.
