We are seeking a Cloud Administrator who is passionate about our mission and has experience with Cloud-based SaaS applications. - Manage and maintain critical SaaS applications for business operations.
- Ensure data consistency, security, and compliance across platforms.
- Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities.
- Support end-users in the use of applications and provide technical assistance.
- Stay up-to-date on updates and evaluate new features from SaaS vendors.
- Assist in the management of O365 Teams and SharePoint sites.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of technology support experience, preferably as a Systems Administrator.
- Experience with Cloud-based SaaS application management.
- Must have experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge of NIST framework is a plus.
- At least one year of experience troublshooting or integrating SalesForce a must
-Strong background supporting CRM/ERP systems
-Experience with NetSuite a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- MUST be an US Citizen or Green Card holder
