- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills
- Experience with NERC and Regional standards preferred
- Knowledge of electric industry compliance standards and regulations
- Ability to effectively manage and track compliance documentation
- Previous experience with audits and investigations is a plus
- Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively
