Service Coordination Specialist

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of SAGE Service Management and Sage Service Operations Software preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a task-driven environment
- Understanding of BAS/HVAC service business preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Interface with clients to understand their needs and secure appropriate authorization for service calls
- Assign and align service resources daily
- Utilize software tools to support scheduling and completion of work orders
- Review work orders for accuracy and post against service agreements
- Enter and maintain customer and project data accurately
- Work with project management team to allocate field resources when needed
- Provide sales-related tasks to the appropriate team members
- Participate in team meetings and run system reports regularly
