Construction Accountant

Liberty Personnel is working with a well-established construction client looking to add a Construction Accountant to their team.
Responsibilities include monthly accounting and budgeting for ongoing construction project through daily use of Excel & accounting software.
- Monthly accounting for ongoing construction projects
- Develop and manage project budgets with leadership team
- Work with Project Management team ensuring billing and change orders are accounted for
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors on project billing changes
- Perform analysis of cost data to ensure project budgets are inline with costs
- Support year-end audits and tax return preparation
