My client is a well regarded commercial and industrial General Construction firm. They seek an Estimator with experience in Commercial Construction Management. Looking for good computer software abilities to prepare estimates and support documentation. Ability to quantify cost factors such as time, materials and expenses. Deal with evaluating the profitability of projects and services. Prepare proposals and do some client presentations. Offer and adhere to cost cutting methods that lead to profitability.
