My client a growing Real Estate Development company in the Philadelphia market and is seeking to add a Construction Project Manager to their growing team! Candidates must have experience managing projects for ground-up and rehab projects. Multi-Family and Commercial project experience is key! Great communication is essential as you will be the liaison with owners of the project. Candidates must be able to handle the project from cradle to grave.
