Procurement Process Manager
My client is looking to expand their team in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
Responsibilities include:
- Procurement Processes
- Accountable for Purchase to Pay policies and process across Region Americas; processes will be in-line with SaaS models and must address simplicity, standardization and scalability.
- Lead cross functional teams to implement system strategies and best practices in RNA and RSA
- Advance P2P Procurement by implementing tools, processes and training to drive continuous improvement and employee growth
- Design & Implement Strategies; Develop and roll out process documents; lead change management within
- Region Americas Procurement driving sustainable results
- Review Source able spend and determine best Procurement Method to drive automation and continuous process improvement; focusing on Lean initiatives
Qualified candidates should have a background in the following:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in business process governance
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus
- Strong Project management skills including oversight of project team, resource identification, budgets, scheduling and planning
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, or logistics
- Proven project management experience
