Civil Highway Engineer

Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on involvement in design process and project advancement
- Serve as technical resource for multi-disciplined team
- Design opportunities in highway, roadway, sewer, and project permitting
- Mentor junior engineers
- Professional society involvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation and highway design
- Knowledge of IDOT, CDOT, and IL Tollway design and standards
- PE license in IL
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients and internal team members
- Proficiency with MicroStation/OpenRoads, experience with AutoCAD Civil3D a plus
