Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing crew, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the project management team to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial roofing.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and construction documents.
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
